Default will not down shift

ok i have no idea whats going on but ill be rolling at 30 mph and pin the gas and the tranny will not drop down to 1st gear and i dont know why can someone help me out please!

Check your TPS (throttle position sensor)

I actually ment looked at the scale in data to see what it showing , A bad TPS may set a code but a tps badly out of range may not
