Default installed h/c car started 10 times now no luck

just installed h/c also everything new on the ign side , tb e waterpump, double roller , etc etc . we got it to start like 10 times then it would die.

well now the starter just drags and it wont start i tried a new batt and same results. so i bought a new starter and same results!!! why is my starter dragging so slow my motor wont fire up???

Did your compression rise significantly? Have you checked all your wires to your starter? Might have a bad connection.

How was the oil pressure on the car when you started it? The reason I ask, is because when I did my H/C I had really low oil pressure to start, then my starter wouldn't turn the engine over. I eventually did the same thing you did, new battery, new starter no luck...I tried spinning the crank by hand, with no luck....I had just locked my 60k mile original motor. Hopefully this hasn't happen to you, just try turning the crank by hand, see what it does. Hopefully you just have major compression. Good luck
