Default Short Belt.

My A/C compressor is broke. If I take the belt off the compressor and put a shorter belt on about how much RWHP will I gain?

That doensn't make sense. You can't just run a shorter belt. Even if you are talking about deleting A/C, the belth length is the same, a small plastic wheel (1LE A/C Delete I think) is in place where your compressor used to be.

If your talking about not connecting the belt to the A/C and using a smaller belt to compensate the slack, then that's a 0 hp gain. The A/C pully has no tension until you turn on the A/C.
