Any C5 guys running GMPP intake?

Just wondering if anyone is running the GMPP intake with the intakeelbows.com 90deg elbow. Hood clearance is definately an issue, but think it can work with a 1.5" cowl. any info is appreciated.

I asked intake elbows about this before, they said you need a 2.5" cowl hood if I remember correctly.

I did not do it as I wanted to keep the stock look.
