Default what cam to go with dart 205cc....

just got my heads put on, and was wondering what would be a good cam for the street and maybe a track day or 2...nothing crazy but i want to hit 440rwhp if at all possible.

mods include

90mm FAST intake/NW tb
pacesetter LT's
TSP true duals no cats
whisper lid
ASP underdrive pullies
harlan sharp rocker arms
chromoly hardened pushrods
manley valves
Ti retainers
dart 205cc 2.020 intake dur.1.6 exhaust 62cc combustion chamber
new springs rated at .600 lift...I cant remeber the exact springs as I havnt seen the car in freaking 6 months...or driven it since it got the heads. I'm pretty damn sure its the comp cams 918 springs though.

after reading alot about the various cams, and big vs small etc. Im leaning towards a smaller or medium cam...biggest Im looking at is the texas speed torquer 2 232/234, .595"/.598" but leaning towards something like the TR224 or the texas speed 228R 228/228 .588/.588...I dont understand the clearence stuff a whole lot and if I would have to flycut my pistons...but I dont think I would with these milder cams... but what would be a good matchup for my economy heads?
