stock lifters, how much can they take?
my plan was to rev my motor to about 7k, got katech rodbolts, clevite bearings and more,
my question is, how "fast" can the stock lifters take? do they handle 7k?
i was thinkin about the GM performace parts lifters, but i could well use the 217$ in something else if i dont have to use them,

Why the 7K rpm magic number? If your cam requires that rpm for max power then do it right and buy some Cadillac racing liftes or Morel's. A reliable valvetrain setup is needed for constant 7K rpm shifts. Don't skimp as it will cost you much more in the long run.

the 7k is not the magic number.. i just want to rev it a little higher than standard,
