Is a UW2 10 Speaker System a Monsoon? My 95 T/A has the UW2 option code for the 10 speaker system. Is this considered the monsoon? I'm trying to find replacement speakers. When was the monsoon first offered in T/A's? My head unit is original but doesn't say monsoon. Thanks Brandon.

My 98 SS is a monsoon, I have the window stickers and it doesn't have the monsoon decal. I've heard the early monsoon cars didn't have them. Was Monsoon an option in 95? Will a monsoon headunit work on a non-monsoon car? Thanks Brandon.

I have the 10 speaker as well, but I know mine isn't Monsoon. Monsoon is a company, which is out of business, so that's why they started labeling them. Was your 98 SS bought originally by you? If not, it could've had the deck replaced at some point in time, since they do go bad it seems like from reading this forum.
