UMI is great but takes to long to ship I ordered a adj torque arm and on-car panhard rod about a month ago thru a retailer nick with need for speed auto in louisiana. I have been waiting patiently. are they really that backed up.

Are you guys ever NOT backed up? I ordered an adjustable PHB on ebay on the 3rd and it STILL hasn't shipped! It took forever to get my stuff last year when I ordered parts.

I ordered a part last Thursday and according to the UPS email they sent me it's going to be at my place tomorrow. So a one week turn around, seems really good to me.
Also remember, this is without a doubt the busiest time of year for any shop. They can't afford to employ a ton of extra people just because they are extra busy for a couple months. Well they could but then the price of their parts would sky rocket and no one would buy them.

same here. i ordered some suspension components and it took over a month to the point where i thought my order didn't go through. right when i was about to place my order again online, they showed up at my door and i was happy. it's worth the wait though, i am about to order full suspension from UMI for my new SS again.

PHB just showed up today. Lucky it got here as it had the wrong address. They also had an old email address from somewhere. I figured the information would have came from Ebay/Paypal so it would have been right. That's why I never received shipment notification.
