Yes, even the V6 Camaros in 2002 have the "35th Anniversary Edition" emblem on the dash. Basically, ALL 2002 Camaros are "35th Anniversary" models.
Not to be confused with the red SS 35th Anniv Limited Edition, like so many misrepresent their non-LE cars as.
