Default 93 with 4L60 question

So I have a thought.
My 93 Z28 is pretty stock for now, with 117K miles.
Stock tranny as far as I know.

Would it be bad for me to leave it in neutral, rev it to 3-4K rpm, then straight into drive? I know its not a T56......but....I dont have one and want one
Will this kill it really quick? Or can I get away with it every now and then?

Never tried it on a 4L60E, but this function has been locked out since the late 50s. Do not do it, it is silly. FWIW.
