Here's what I've thought about getting:
Koni SA 4/3 Shocks
Stock springs
Strano 35/22mm sway bar package
Adjustable Panhard Bar
LCA relocation Brackets
Poly/rod-end combo LCAs
C5 Brake conversion
17x9.5 wheels w/ 275/40/17 tire
Any thoughts on this with ~350rwhp/tq on an A4 with a 10-bolt (3.23 now, going 3.73 later).

Why relocation brackets though? Do you have wheelhop? You won't even be lowering the car. Aftermarket LCA's would help with drag launches, but not needed for good handling. I actually lowered my car and use stock LCAs with stock mounting points. I do have wheelhop though, but since I don't want to upset my handling, I'll be looking for other solutions first.
Stock ls1 brakes are good enough with the right pad/rotor/fluid combination. C5 brakes look nice though and would stay cooler with the larger rotor capacity.
It all depends on your goal. Each mod has its pros and cons
