Default TR224 with 4000 & 2800 stall?

i have 98 camaro ( Boltons & TR224 )

i wanna to gains my 1/4 time ( 11.89 ) , which TC is better to

gains my dd and 1/4 ?

1- vigilant 2800 stall ( how much it will gains ? )

2 - 4000 stall yank ( how much it will gains ? )

3- 4500 stall yank ( how much it will gains ? )

4- 3000 stall TCI ( how much it will gains ? )

i will get also 373 gears soon

a 4000 stall yank should easily put you in the low 11s

I plan to run 11's with my TR 227/224 and 4500 stall...once my trans. is fixed. But I'll prob. be in the 12's at my altitude (8000' DA)
