Question Help with a new setup!

I'm torn between the ms3, ms4, tr trak cam, or am open to other suggesstions. Here is my current setup and I can change out whatever I need to. Opinions please!

Current Mods:
346 c.i. LS1 – Stock bottom end
Cylinder Head Specialties Stage 2 Heads – These are being re-done
(REV 2.02 intake, 1.57 exhaust valves, & custom competition dual valve springs)
Comp Cam .222/.222 (Dur.) .566/.566(Lift) 112 (LSA) – changing to whatever
Comp Cam 7.4 Chromeoly Pushrods
Rollmaster Dual Roll Timing Chain
Yella Terra 1.7 Roller Rockers
Hypertech 160' Thermostat
Taylor 10 m.m. Plug Wires

2.02 intake valves huh. ms3 probably would fit ms4 probably wouldn't. piston to valve is close enough with stock valves with the ms4. flycut the pistons or get new pistons with valve reliefs to fit the ms4. also don't underestimate the ms3 it is still a pretty nasty cam

When the heads are redone should I make sure the valve size is stock? Then could I run the ms4?

yes probably, but i would still recommend getting new pistons and getting the bigger valves. if your in it for this much $ so far whats another 600-800. new pistons, new rod bolts, and the motor will spin 7500 with no concerns.
