bridge both channels and run a sub with the rear unless you bought two sets of speakers and have 4 total. Then just both bridged for the fronts.
You need to decide where you want to put your amp. You need a power supply for it. (12v+ fused from the battery). Your amp should have instructions as well. You'll need to run speaker wire from the amp to the speakers. You need to run cables and a trip wire from the Hu to the amp. You've got a lot of work ahead of you to do it right.

Bridge the 4 channels down to 2 channels.

And Sony amps are horrible. Get something better when that one dies.

can somebody tell me what a decent priced amp would be? I have had this one for a while and it seems to do fine, never overheats, nothing but everybody tells me they suck

If it works good for you and your happy then dont listen to what other people say. You can pay anywhere from 50-2000 for an amp. It all depends on your budget and needs.

Phoenix Gold.

-depends how much you want to spend and on the amp -- not sure what you mean by "decently priced" -- I assume you meant as cheap as you should buy without sacrificing quality entirely.
