At that boost I think you would be ok but when you start to get beyond that I dont think I would chance it especially on the stock lines. The one thing you dont want to not have enough of is fuel. For precaution I would personally run the BAP but thats just me.

you'll need 60 lb injectors for sure, and a boost a pump and a regulator, you might even have the reg boost referenced.

def do supply return lines

You should be fine with the 42s and the race tronix setup, 500 is no problem. If your tuning it watch INJ DC% for a calulation of max injector.

i dont think i would be at 500 im thinking more like 480rwhp. i still need a ls6 intake. the only mods i have to my 2000 z28 is headers and a ati dampner. and a d1sc on it with the twin intercooler system. Im going to get 60 lbs and a BAP sooner or later.

Then you woud be ok with the racetronics pump and hotwire kit. I think I would do a Bap eventually though.

I'm at 525 rwhp and can't hold pressure with an MSD bap and racetronixs hotwire. I got a walboro 340 in the tank.

I wish we had your car at our shop, something is still not right there, Andy.
My '99 Z28 at 540 rwhp only had one Walbro fuel pump, and fuel pressure was still good. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=12 Bob
