Default truck pcm ?

I baught a Wait4me mail order tune for my 2003 4.8L Silverado. With their tunes you get another PCM altogether and I was wondering if I could use the old one out of the truck to power the LS6 that's going in my S10? Say if I get a wire harness from a LS1 powered car or truck, could I send it away to get it to work or would I have to use a LS1 specific computer?

I'm guessing if you match the PCM to the wire harness, everything should be ok?

2003 pcm is different from the s-10 pcm due to the ETC. However, you can have a custom harness built by speartech to incorporate the ETC and 03 pcm into whatever year model of s-10 you are planning.

Yea, I should of worded that alittle better. I was asking if a 00-02 Camaro/Firebird harness would work with the 03 Truck PCM, or would I have to get a 03 GM truck harness to work with the 03 Truck PCM?

The Pcm hardware is different for all the years. Call me and i will get you figured out. I can trade the one pcm for the other one you need for your conversion.
