Blow by/ blown head gasket?
I raced the car for the time the other day, and the next day I noticed the car had a bunch of blow by and smoke was coming out of my breathers. I did a compression test and found out that the number 7 cylinder has way low on compression. Could a blown head gasket cause all the blow by?

Do a leak down test - if the air leaks in the intake or exaust you bent a valve, if the air leaks in crankase you broke/burned the rings - simple and good way to test.

I think you answered your own question. Blow-by is a result of worn or broken rings. A blown head gasket doesn't cause blow-by but generally will produce oil in the coolant or low compression between adjacent cylinders.
#7 cylinder BTW is notorious for self destruction because of it's relation in respect to the intake manifold.
