Suspension & Brakes - power steering line

Was under the 99Z changing the front anti-sway bar and the power steering hose had fluid on it. Looks like I have a leak. How is the hose to replace and anything else to check???? Tips please.

if the line is one that is part steel tubing and part rubber it will be about 70 bucks from GM. but its an easy fix, just dbl ck to make sure its leaking from there and not dripping down from somthing else...
