Default LQ9 Block for $400 - Should I get it?

Or should I ask for lower? It's just the block, needs a hone and then a rotating assembly. I'm looking to do a 408. Is this price worth driving 180miles to pick it up or should I try to get it cheaper?

If it has main caps it's not a bad deal.

Sonic check first? I bought a used 408 once and when it was sonic checked, two of the bores were under .100. It was also bored .060 over, not the .030 he thought it was.

It is an engine that sucked in water and the insurance company replaced the whole longblock, we'll see what the damage is, they said it still ran fine when the engine was pulled.
