You need to upload your pic to a online hosting site. I recommend you start an account at http://www.photobucket.com It's a free site, just upload then cut/copy/paste the code to put the pic in your sig. Just make sure the size of your pic is no bigger than 500 pixels wide by 150 pixels tall.
