Lightbulb 232/228 cam and heads for c5???

I am building a setup for a friend with a 97 c5 6spd. Car has 100k miles and he just put on pacesetter headers and corsa exhaust I believe. He has 4k to spend so I am looking into h/c options. This is car will be driven on the street quite a bit but he wants to run 11s on motor. I was thinking about going with Predator's reverse split 232/228, .595/.588 108-1 LSA (108LSA/109 ICL) and some 5.3L heads, or the 227cc stage 1 243s per Predator's recommendations again. Then a sticky tire should be easy 11s I would think. I was just wanting to hear comments on this h/c setup as far as driveability, power, and track times. Thanks for the input I would guess at least 420rwhp/390rwtq? Any other setups welcome, traditional split better or whatever?

You'll make it into the 11's if you hook up.

You'll have plenty of power.
