LS1 RX-7 Dyno numbers
98' LS1 w/T56 FC 60k miles on the motor w/4.10 rear end
LS6 intake
Dremel ported TB
Stock '02 exhaust manifolds
2.5" crush bent manifold back exhaust thru, h-pipe, and magnaflows (necked down to 2.25" to fit over Granny's trans brace = gay)
K&N filter off an elbow.
Wait for me Mail order tune(I don't really think this is an actual performance tune just a few things edited out to get it running.)
318whp/317wtq (standard correction)
311/310 SAE
wideband was on and it was right around 13:1ish to redline, I'll have to check the sheet.
It was dynoed at a pretty popular rotary tuning shop around Chicago called A-Spec. They were really professional and very cool about the swap since they have recently started building swapped FDs.
I'm pretty happy with the numbers, I was basically just hoping for 300 and some change to make sure the motor was stout and there weren't any other issues. I'll post the sheet up later after it is emailed to me. I'm not too big on dyno numbers and just went with a group for the discount. More people were interested in seeing my car dyno than the Viper that showed up. After it got off the dyno I had people lining up like it was six flags asking me for ride alongs. I should have charged them admission as I burned through quite a bit of gas
The car got a boatload of looks and stares around the Schaumburg area, including my favorite from a C4 owner, "why does that thing sound like a muscle car?"
The car is a blast, I only wish the deadbeat that sold me the trans on here would have been more honest about its condition. The 4th gear synchro or shift fork are damaged and it needs to be rebuilt.

that sounds like my combo! it gives me hope. I have dual 2.5" exhaust with no bends but I don't have the LS6 manifold. I'm just hoping for 300 hp. Your car looks good. I bet it flies!

yeah, that's the first time i've seen dynojet numbers that sound about right.
Usually they're about 13-20% higher than dyno dynamics and 8-15% higher than mustang dynos.
Good stuff!!
