Thinking about a LS7 clutch
I havnt done a clutch replacement on a 4th gen yet and was wondering if there is anything else I need to know not mentioned on the install university walk through. So far I read I should replace the slave what about the pilot bearing and can you reuse the stock flywheels bolts. How much heavier is the ls2 flywheels then a ls1? Ok thats it for now I might have some more to add later though .

I don't know about the pilot bearing. I'm going to replace it just for peace of mind.
Replace the flywheel bolts. I believe they're basically only torque-able once.
Apparently the entire LS7/LS2 set is 10lbs heavier than stock.
