Default Guys running large injectors (83 or bigger) on stock computer...

Please leave this in here so I can get some help with my turbo tune. Any chance someone with large injectors can take a look at my tune file or send me their tune to help me figure out why it wont idle or cruise lean.

I've tried everything I can think of and I cant seem to get it to work.

thanks.
Adam

he'd have to, if he didn't then he'd burn his PCM up almost immediately...

try changing the short pulse adder to -.3 (yes minus) all the way across and see if that helps

Oh me too... it's most likely (99%) in the tune... Do the versafueler and AEM box have the same parameters for tuning?? i've never really messed with one but I have looked at the versafueler before but just never got that in depth with it....

I turned on closed loop LTFTs and re-scaled the injectors and it helped at cruising and part throttle but still no help at idle. Are any of you running closed loop for STFTs?

UPDATE: I figured I would give an update to help anyone in the future trying to get big injectors to idle and cruise with HPT. I have got the car idling and cruising around 13.5-14:1. I ended up changing:

*the short pulse limit to 1.44 so it would not add any fuel except at idle.
*rescaled the short pulse adder
*I lowered the min. injector pulse and default injector pulse.
*rescaled my entire EQ ratio table for open loop (no longer 1 like it was originally)

thanks to everyone that helped, especially Slowhawk.

I cant wait to see the car running, I know its been a PITA. You'll have to let me know when you take it to the track.
