Default brake swap

I saw and heard a few people mention doing an ls1 break swap to their lt1 cars, would any modifications need to be done to do this or can you just buy ls1 breaks and put them on the car?? Also i was wanting to get long tube headers....any suggestions for brand or anything behind the headers?? maybe true duals (what i was leaning towards)...

For the ls1 brake swap you need ls1 spindles, calipers, rotors and pads not sure about the brake lines.

I would reccomend upgrading to Stainless Lines while you are doing the brake swap. I did mine myself, pretty easy. The whole spindle swaps out.

You can make the stock lines work, just have to bend the bracket.

Whats a general price cost?

Also, what's the real benefit for daily drivers? Mine stops really well right now with new rotors and pads (I don't know what else, guy I bought it from had the brakes done)
