Bryan/College Station summer sublease I am an A&M student and will be doing an internship in Houston this summer. I am looking to rent out my bedroom for the summer if anyone is still looking for a place to live.
It is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house with a 2 car garage and large backyard in Bryan off 2818. I have the master bedroom and it has a bathroom in it.
The rent is 400/month plus utilities, but I am willing to drop the price due to late notice and sublease. Room can be furnished or unfurnished based on sub-leaser's decision. Thanks a lot
