WTB 04 gto (around) 20k hey im in Camden County NJ looking to buy an 04 gto with light mods for around 18k... only if it has mods or insanely low mileage will i put up 20k for an 04

How about putting a couple dollars more and getting an 05 with 18k miles and some mods
