You DO NOT want energy suspension bump stops. Go to your dealer or call team chevrolet and get the V6/Z28 stops. They are softer and more progressive than the SS/WS6 stops and don't upset the chassis as much when you contact them. The energy suspension stops are very hard and are possibly the worst possible bump stop material on the planet (besides steel or another metal).
Get replacement GM versions and the Z28 (and V6) stops are a better choice than the SS stops. This is a case where the SS didn't get "the good stuff". GM was too worried about the 17" wheels rubbing and really limited travel (way too much). And, if you have an SS, take that metal spacer out and toss it in the trash as well.

You'll only need the rears. The fronts are mounted on the shock shaft and you can't change them without removing the spring and shock (which is not something you'll do unless you lower the car, and the Koni's and many other shocks include new bumpstops, others reuse the stock ones.
Just look up the rear bumpstops for a 2002 Z28 (or V6). I don't have the number, but most dealers can find them easily enough.
