Default What would this go for?

Its a 97 red c5 6 speed. Has less then 4k on the clock and is in flawless condition. Runs like it was just bought, the car is seriously PERFECT, never has seen rain or snow and is garage kept. What do you think it should start off at? No kbb price please, just your honest opinions.

Thanks.

All stock. Only time its driven is when there is a recall and it needs to go to the dealer.

Default Kbb ++++

Everyone is WAY too low in my opinion. It might take awhile to find that certain buyer but with that type of mileage, it commands a $3000 premium over retail at the very lowest. I would never take less than $22,000 for it. If it needs to be sold really quick, I just can't see it going for less than $20,000.
