PCM Diagnostics & Tuning - Engine cutting out at 5k

Just had a Performabuilt lvl2 and Fuddle 3600k stall put in, car has been tuned.

When I go WOT the car acts like it hits the rev limiter for a moment at about 5K then goes on to shift normally. Could this be a tuning issue? or is it something else?

After I had my longtubes built and installed my stall convertor I had mine tuned. When I went to pick up my Jimmy I did like a 30 punch and it downshifted fine but hit the rev-limiter before shifting. Took it back to tuner and told/showed them the problem and they corrected it. Hope that helps.
