Up to date i have full bolt ons with MS3 cam making 418HP and 387Q to the wheels.Cars been running awesome until now when im in high gear like in 6th going 70 if i open at half wot the RPMs just rise like you were to step on the clutch. The car now has 105k rebuilt at 85k. 20k on the clutch. anyone gotany clue what my be going on?

Check the adjustment on that master cylinder, it should have some freeplay in the pedal.
That master is way overkill for a spec clutch IMO.
But it sounds like by your description that the clutch is slipping.
It should be able to hold the power low RPM/in overdrive. (5-6th gear)

I have the clutch adjusted to engage at the very top.I am unable to launche my car from a dig it boggles down,i was told it is cause of the aluminum flywheel.Tires are very expensive so i dont burn out at all,but i do run hard from a roll alot though... I m not looking forward on spending alot again on a clutch, so what should i go with? i think i got pretty good mileage from the spec3 should i go with the same and a steel fly? or spec 4?

It's not the aluminum flywheel. I have a fidanza and my launches are fine. I would contact spec and see what they recommend at your HP/Torque level. Personally if I got 20k out of a clutch that I wasn't beating on I wouldn't be happy, even if it was a lot of stop and go. Now if you're slipping the clutch a lot, launching it, and abusing it on down shifts that's a different story.

Adjusting it so that the clutch is right there when depressing the pedal is also not good IMO.
There is extra pressure on the slave riding the pressure plate when it is that close to release when depressing the pedal.
This can also aid the clutch to slip.
It is a common misconception to adjust it where you want the pedal to release.
The proper adjustment would be to leave a minimal amount of freeplay in the pedal.
Adjusted when hot as well, when the fluid is heated & expanded.
That is how every MFG that has adjustable masters from the factory spec the adjustment basically.
