Default cam, springs swap how long?

on friday after work i will be attempting my first ls1 cam and spring swap.just wondering about how long this is going to take? i will have a lift for this job. p.s i'm using a tr224 112 and comp 918 springs. any info would be great thanks <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Anywhere from 4 hours if you have a helper to 20 hours if you are a first timer by yourself, with the wrong tools.

thanks for the info i'm hoping for about 4-6 hrs with a helper. i have all the parts needed and should have all the tools with the exeption of a vale spring tool that will easily fit under the cowl. but i'm pretty sure that i can modify something to work. BTW any good threads that i can go to for the best tips for this install? thanks again <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
