Default LT1 T-56 to 6.0 Truck motor questions

I have a 6.0L truck motor and want to bolt a LT1 6 speed to it. Is this feasible? I have a Hotcammed LT1 with T-56 I was going to use in a 95 Camaro that had a 3.4 T-5 setup and have changed direction after buying a 6.0L truck motor for little of nuthing. The hydraulics will go together easier with the LT1 trans and bellhousing I think.

Any info is appreciated Thanks, Tom

No I think you would have to convert to an LSx set up.
That would be a LSx bell, front plate (of trans), input shaft, slave & line

I was thinking the same thing, the slave on the LT1 bell looks like it would be way too close to the headers just looking at my LS1/T-56 in my 2000 Camaro.
I'll put the LT1 back in that car for now.

Thanks wrencher
