Default introduction

Hey, i just bought my first camaro a week ago so i figured i should make a intro post since ive been lurking for a second. Its a 00 z28 stripper model, 41k, and i paid 9800. Black and all stock 6 speed. I just put it on some z06 rims and next mods are suspension, header y pipe and catback, then save up for a 9 inch with 4:10's ( all the 10 bolt threads have me scared). I like the car alot, has a good amount of power. Coming from a high 12 second 300zxtt its a nice change that is nearly as quick stock.

annnnnd now for the picture

Thats a nice car man. Stripper models are quick too. I definitly recommend suspension first. Stock suspension is sloppy at best. I would also do the 9" last, the 10 bolts can hold some power, unless you plan on putting a strong cluch and slicks on. I would also recommend some better brakes (drilled and slotted rotors, Hawk pads, braided brake lines) cus my stock rotors warped quick. But yea..a bolt on Z28 stripper is real nice. Is it going to be your daily driver?

If you want it to handle nice do shocks first, koni SA all around with your choice of springs. Don't skimp on the shocks!
