What cam for LQ4 with LS6 heads?

What cam for LQ4 with LS6 heads? I have a LQ4 6.0 with mildly ported LS6 heads with a LS6 intake. I want it to be able to drive it everyday if i choose and still be able to go to the track and run good. Its going in my '99 Z28 M6 car. I am looking for something in the mid 230s @.050. Anyone have any suggestions? I bought a Vindicator cam but I think thats more cam than what i am looking for.
