trouble getting into 1st and 4th

Default trouble getting into 1st and 4th
Every so often I have trouble getting into 1st and 4th....when I go to put it in gear its like it blocks me out. To get it into gear I have to release the clutch and press it down again. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

sounds like hydraulic issues. Try flushing out the fluid in the master and bleed the clutch

might be hydraulic if your cluth isnt fully disengaging, if its not that its an internal problem.
