i figured i put this thread in this section since its about detailing.if im wrong sorry in advance. how often do you all polish up your chrom rims?i do it every time i was my car about every week or 2. and i use mothers chrome polish works great.

I do mine when I see them getting dull. This is usually about every month or so. Usually use Meguiars chrome polish and they come out nice.

I do as often as I can and I use WheelWax to protect them. I have chrome wheels, so I don't have to polish them like you guys do with uncoated aluminum wheels do I just clean them up real good and apply WheelWax to keep them protected and to help repel brake dust Otherwise take some chrome polish to them and then apply WheelWax to them to protect them.

1-2 times a month with mother's powerball and mother's billet wheel polish. It's the best polish i have found in the last 10 years of polishing wheels but i have not tried them all.

Powerball about 1-2 times per month depending on weather and amount of use.

I polish them by hand everytime I wash the car (once a week) with Mother's billet and an applicator pad...but....I have polished wheels...

I clean my wheels after every time i drive the car . I have virtually no brake dust from the VGX pads but i still clean them for piece of mind I use NON ammoniated foaming glass cleaner for my wheels . They still look like the day i bought them
