Relays.... Did GM cut some corners?

Relays.... Did GM cut some corners? I don't know but it seems like GM got there relays from a wanna be sweat shop. I've replace the ignition relay 3 times, starter relay twice, and the horn relay just went. I'm guessing thats a sign of a loose ground but I checked everything. Did anyone else have a problem with their relays? -Mark
