Blocking Air & Egr
Well im in the process of removing the AIR & EGR , I know there are those two little plates that block off the EGR , but what do i block the AIR with? does anyone have pics or info on this ? I know there are many threads on this but i havent found any pics for the AIR just EGR. thanks-Ryan

Good to know about the AIR. I just got my tune in which, assuming I did it right, programmed out AIR and EGR. I planned to do the AIR soon, since it looked 10x easier.

So i can plug the the EGR & AIR without a tune and it will run the same and just have a SES light on ? so the tune is not necessary till emissions come around? I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO THIS AIR BLOCKING PART HELP ME OUT GUYS. I GOT THE IDEA ABOUT THE EGR , JUST TWO LITTLE BLOCK OFF PLATES, BUT WHAT FOR THE AIR ??

If you have the race headers then you can remove the pump and do nothing but remove the codes from the PCM, or leave it on and it just pumps air when its on into the bay, no harm, no foul.
