Which aftermarket oil pump do i need? looking to change my stock oil pump out to a better one after the cam install.i was looking at seen tsp sells some thats ported and non ported as wells as thunder racing .Also seen a mellings oil pump..So what would you guys recomend to upgrade to ..

Hell, I don't even know what I have. I think it was a new, ported stocker. Have to look at the previous owners receipt. All I know is oil pressure is pleantiful under WOT.

I have a ls6 oil pump n my 02 SS. it never drops below 40 psi at warm idle and has more than enough psi when cruiseing or wot. just go with a ls6 or ported ls6 not 2 expensive and will be plenty for ya.
