Drove my car from North Texas to Sparta Wisconsin... Actually averaged 24mpg... in a stalled A4 with full bolt on's/G5X3...

Damn impressive bro, I get 25 mpg (avg hwy) in my 04 A6 quattro with 1/2 the hp and no guts behind it. Anxious to put mine on the road for a long trip to see what #'s mine averages out to.

There you go Brandon... I am SURE your car will be far from junk!
You know i am a poor man... My back is quite stiff... However, my other choice was the wife's Lincoln Navigator... and with 3 children you KNOW that was not happening...

Let me get a new tranny in the car before we play... I'll run you... just not with a slipping tranny... ( slips between 1st/2nd when i hit it hard.)

I am going with the RPM level4 ( Indiana, not Lewisville)... will have it by this summer.

Not crawfishin on ya B... give me a little time..

Thanks..

Yep, I just went straight up 35 for the most part when I moved up here 3 years ago.. Even with a Trans Am full up clothes, TV, etc I still managed to have some fun on the toll roads and hit 135 or so for awhile.. LOL

Ironically I have a stage 4 RPM T56 going in the car tomorrow. To be honest, I have my fingers crossed this thing fires up with no issues. My luck has been less than stellar. We should know whats up after this weekend or the first of next week.

Well now... We can run their Stage 4 A4 against their Stage4 M6...
Sounds like a pretty good match if you ask me...

You mean to tell me that you did not throw that water filled tranny in there?
Come on man... a little WD40 and you could have saved some$$$$....

Suprisingly enough i decided against using that rust bucket. Would have made for some interesting sounds trying to get into gear, not much more. PM me your cell number again. I will give you a ring when the car gets going.
