Default LQ4 vs LQ9 piston/rod weights

Well, I want to bump up the CR on my 6.0 liter and while I could buy aftermarket pistons and rods, get it balanced, etc. I wanted to see if swapping out the pistons and rods of an LQ9 in place of the LQ4 piston/rod combo would be possible. Would it require a rebalancing of the crank?

I've searched for the past two days and I haven't found any conclusive info on it, so I'm hoping that someone will chime in.
