Default run regular oil for 100-200 miles?

hello everyone. I'm wanting to seafoam my car this weekend but my oil and filter are WAY WAY past their due change. I'm worried that running with seafoam in my crank case for 100 miles might be too much for it. I'm thinking about changing my oil with regular non-synthetic and a filter for just that 100-200 miles and then change it with mobile1 after that. Will I harm my engine running regular oil for just 100-200 miles. any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Short answer, no, you will not hurt the engine by running regular oil in it.
Amsoil does make a synthetic in this grade, not sure why this is the grade you wish to use.
