Default Changed Fluids, Gained HP?

Well I changed my oil (0w-30w Castrol German) and my coolant was low, topped it off, changed gasket in diff....put brakes on....I thought my U-joint was going out, so I pulled my d-shaft, driveline guy said it is how aluminum d-shafts flex....trans fluid was really high (just bought the car) so it drained out of the tailshaft.....and that's about it, but now....the car runs like a raped ape! It never really blazed the tires from a dig, but now it feels much stronger and wheelhops all over the place! I definately need some LCA's! How is this possible? I doubt an oil change could give me 10-15hp!
