Default stock 5.3l heads on a 408??

would this be ok to run with a big cam and patriot extreme springs for the time being till i get cash for the trick flows?? what do you guys think about it?
specs on motor are
Wiseco Pistons -8cc valve relief
Callies compstar 4inch crank
Callies 6.125 rod
Federal/clevite bearings

the cam is a 257/266 .643/.622 110 lsa.

this is just to make it run for awhile. or should i go with the stock 317's.

The compression will be up there, around 11.6. But they would physically bolt on and work. They would by no means be the best choice. If you went with the 317's the compression will be around 10.4.

Stock 317s
5.3L unported are way way too small, will hurt output a lot.
