Default trouble shifting out of 1st

I have a 4L60E in my 95 Z28, issue is when im racing it and i get to the red line, instead of shitfing into 2nd like it used to, it kind of hangs thereand even drops RPMs a bit before it shifts, does anybody know whats going on?

Trans getting tired, and/or you need to raise rev limiter a little bit. Rebuild is coming...

Tightening up the band clearance might buy you a little time without tuning. There are a couple of ways to do it. One is to flip the 4th gear servo piston. Another is to add shims from trans-go between the forth servo cover and the second servo cover. Or get a longer servo pin. Good luck Vince.
