Tranny fluid?
I am going to drain/refill my tranny fluid soon and i was wondering what to put back in it. Should i just use the stock ATF, go to a synthentic ATF, or get GM sycromesh?....Any input on these and opinions are appreciated!

The ATF correct? That is what I have been running, and it seems to be working good. -Mobile 1 ATF

I just did clutch and used mr transmission dextron 3. Not sure what it really is but it was cheap. And now just changed it out for penzoil synchromesh. It seems to be shifting better. Was a bit notchy with the no name dextron. Mobile 1 is also likely good after all sure six speed guys know a few things about t56. Likley be going with one of them next season possibly.
