Does anyone know how much of a ride height drop Firehawks came with? I need to replace the rear springs on my 95 but don't want to get the wrong thing. I tried a search w/ no luck. I am thinking that is probably about a 1" drop.

I'm not sure on the LT1 'Hawks, but I know the LS1 Firehawks got different springs once they stepped up from the base Firehawk package. I know they only dropped about 1" in ride height. It would be best just buying an aftermarket set of springs.... I think the stance would be better.
I know that the LT1 and LS1 factory springs are different in terms of compression.... (correct me if I'm wrong) but one type uses a linear rate and the other uses a progressive rate..

They seem to sit about 1" lower than their non-Firehawk counterparts. Still not low enough to me, I lowered mine.

Thanks, I am going to look into aftermarket springs, my rear are shot so it is kinda hard to make an accurate guess.

Firehawk's with the Bilstein suspension option sit even lower. I have that option on my car, and everyone once in awhile it presents some clearance problems with the long tube headers. As such, I try to avoid speed bumps as much as possible.
Looks sweet though. :)
