We make our own high volume pump which is larger than stock so the cover excepts large pumps. It can fit a double roller but since there is no slack in the double roller chain you cant pull the top sprocket off. Making the cam swap not so easy any more.
I would believe it would work on a LS7 with a wet sump not dry. meaning a LS7 with a LS2 cover.
They seal up very well. It has machined lips. Just apply some silicone and its good to go.
