Default LED map light and dome lights

I didn't play around with the exposure too much but they are pure white in person. I almost feel like everyone is staring at my face everytime I open my car door at night! You can literally see EVERYTHING. For the record, they are 14 32000 mcd LEDs in each map light, and 29 18000mcd in the dome light.

Hard to tell from the pics but I'm sure this looks really good. Care to show your process? and exactly what you had to buy?

Well the process isn't really anything you can show on the internet but I'll try my best to explain.

The LEDs are soldered in series with resistors to cut down the voltage. I used basic ohm's law to calculate the size resistors needed for 1, 2, and 3 series of LEDs. Soldered + to - and left one positive wire running around the edge and one negative wire running on the other edge. Connected positive to red wire and negative to ground wire.

With the rear view mirror though, since it has the switches, I didn't just connect the negative to the black wire. Instead, I connected the power wire to positive, and the other power wire off the switch to negative. That way the switch still works.

hey can you tell me how to open the interior mirror (rear view)?
I was only able to remove the small clear plastic. Do I have to remove the mirror completly?
Can you tell me exactly how to reach the back of the mirror?
Thanks and best regards.
